Cancellation Policy To cancel a class, Cosmos Security requires notice of at least:
- 21 Calendar days before course start at no charge
- 15 Calendar days before course start, 25% charge
- 7 Calendar days before course start, 50% charge
- Less than 7 Calendar days before course start, 70% charge
Cosmos Security reserves the right to cancel any class 12 business days prior to the scheduled start date. If such a cancellation is necessary, students will be notified at least 12 business days prior to the class start date either by e-mail or phone contact We will attempt to reschedule any student for another class. |
